We’re Adrienne Photography, a husband-and-wife team creating natural, thoughtful wedding photography with a refined editorial feel.
Our approach is calm, relaxed and quietly supportive. You will not feel over-directed or pulled out of the day, but you also will not be left wondering what to do. We step in with gentle guidance when it helps, especially during portraits or family photographs, then step back so the day can continue naturally.
What matters most to us is that your photographs feel true to the experience. The atmosphere, the emotion, the movement between people, the moments you saw and the ones you missed while you were living them. Beautiful imagery matters, but it should still feel like your wedding, not a performance for the camera.

Adrienne is warm, observant and very good at helping people feel comfortable without making a fuss about it.
She notices the small things quickly, whether that is a nervous glance before the ceremony, a quiet moment between family members, or the energy in a room beginning to shift. That sensitivity is a big part of how she photographs weddings.
Outside work, she loves time with family, a house full of people, being outdoors, and finding a good coffee when the opportunity presents itself. She brings that same grounded, people-first nature into every wedding day: calm, attentive and genuinely present.

We met at a film festival in 2006, married in 2010, and have been building our life and business side by side ever since.
We both studied journalism and spent years working in media, events, press and television. That background shaped the way we photograph weddings. It taught us to read a room, anticipate moments, work quietly under pressure, and tell a story without forcing one.
Working together feels very natural to us. We know how each other moves, when to step in, when to give space, and how to cover a wedding day in a way that feels thorough without becoming intrusive.
We live in Eastleigh, in the heart of Hampshire. Winchester still feels especially close to us after living there for several years, and we photograph weddings across Hampshire, the New Forest, London and further afield.

Lucian brings a calm, considered eye to the day and is always thinking about how a story fits together as a whole.
He is especially drawn to light, movement and the quieter rhythm of a wedding day. He also keeps a close eye on the technical side of our work, from cameras and lenses to ensuring everything is prepared, reliable and ready long before the day begins.
Away from weddings, he loves films, music and good food, and is happiest when there is something creative to work on. On a wedding day, that translates into a steady presence, careful observation and a strong sense of timing.

During the photo shooting we were cold, nervous and hungry, like any other marrying couple (except maybe for cold, but there were +5 degrees and fog in Meitingen, Germany) and finally, as we saw the pictures, we couldn´t believe our eyes that the two confident and attractive people in the photos were us. Adrienne and Lucian made the normal places like trees, lake and yellow leaves look like in a fairy tale, they could catch the beautiful moments of the day and the sparkling in our eyes :). And when a friend of mine said one photo is like the cover of a magazine... well, they day couldn´t be more perfect. How long have you been photographers?
We have been working professionally together since 2008, photographing weddings, people and stories with a documentary eye and a calm, thoughtful approach.
Do we need a second photographer?
Not always. For larger weddings, usually around 100 guests or more, or where you would like simultaneous coverage in different places, a second photographer can be very helpful. We can talk this through with you based on your plans.
What style of photography do you offer?
Our work is rooted in natural, documentary wedding photography, with a refined editorial finish.
We focus on real moments, genuine emotion and the atmosphere of the day as it unfolds. For portraits and family photographs, we give gentle guidance so everything feels relaxed, flattering and efficient without becoming overly posed.
How many photographs will we receive?
Every wedding is different, so the final number varies depending on the length and flow of the day. We do not work to an arbitrary limit. Instead, we carefully edit and deliver the strongest images that tell the story well, without padding the gallery with repeats or throwaway frames.
How long will it take to receive our wedding photographs?
We always work carefully and never rush the editing at the expense of quality. Our aim is to deliver your finished wedding gallery within around four weeks, although this can take a little longer during the busiest parts of the season.
How can we use the high-resolution photographs?
Your edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view, download and share them with family and friends. You are welcome to print your images for personal use. Any wider supplier or commercial use can be discussed separately.
What equipment do you use, and do you carry backups?
We use professional Canon mirrorless cameras, a range of high-quality lenses and selected 35mm film cameras. We also carry backup camera bodies, lenses, lighting, batteries and memory cards, so we are fully prepared if anything unexpected happens.
How far do you travel?
We photograph weddings across Hampshire, Winchester, Southampton, the New Forest, London and throughout the UK. We also take on selected destination weddings abroad. Travel details are always discussed clearly in advance.
Can we buy an album from you?
Yes. We offer beautifully made wedding albums and can help you choose a layout and finish that suits your photographs. Albums are designed with care, so the finished result feels timeless and personal rather than overdone.
Can we have family group photographs and couple portraits?
Of course. Family photographs matter, and we will help plan a sensible list in advance so they are handled smoothly on the day.
For your couple portraits, our approach is relaxed and lightly guided. The aim is to create photographs that feel natural and elegant, without keeping you away from your guests for too long.
Will you photograph the details we have planned?
Yes. Flowers, stationery, table styling, favours and the smaller design details all help tell the story of the day. We photograph them thoughtfully and in context, so they sit naturally within the wider gallery.
Can you visit the venue before the wedding day?
Where useful, yes. If the venue is unfamiliar or there are particular logistics to consider, we may arrange a visit or carry out detailed research in advance. Either way, we arrive prepared and with a clear plan.
What if you have not photographed at our venue before?
That is never a problem. Experience matters, but adaptability matters more. We know how to assess light, layout and timing quickly, and we arrive early enough to become familiar with the space before coverage begins.
Can we meet you before the wedding?
Yes. We always want you to feel comfortable with us before the day. Depending on location and timing, that may be an in-person meeting or a relaxed video call. We use it to talk through the plans, timings and anything that matters most to you.
Do you photograph destination weddings?
Yes. We photograph selected destination weddings in Europe and beyond. If you are planning a wedding abroad, we can prepare a bespoke proposal based on the location, coverage and travel involved.
